Helping To Make A Baby

I have a tree. A fellow tree that is, because I too am a tree and together we make:

Well, two trees.

Not quite a forest but we give plenty of shade.

I met my fellow tree while going to college and we were on the drill team together. I have never met such a hilarious tree before in my life!

And today I am here to tell you that I'd like to help make a baby with her. Not in the way you think, people. She and her hubby are hoping to adopt! So I'm here to help spread the word.

Word.

Dani & Chris will really make the best parents and who knows, if I have something to do with making this baby, maybe I could be God Mother Pooba.

Has a nice ring to it doesn't it?

So check these two out and help them become a mommy and a daddy!

Oh, my tree friend, who knew that making babies with you would be so hilarious? I'm a little worried that anything we produce together will come out as Mad TV's Stewart, though. Should I be worried?
Thanks Kel!
Love ya!

Adoption blogs break my heart!!! I will keep them in my thoughts.

I have a little girl in one of my classes right now who lives with a messed up family. She is willing to stay with them because she does not want to return to foster care.

Awww... you're such a good friend, Poo. I don't know how she's going to feel about you calling her a damn tree though. Junk in the TRUNK?

Oh I wish them luck!!! I love my kids so much it hurts. Everybody should know what that is like. :)

Jason, as himself said...

I hope it goes smoothly for them. When we adopted Diego, it was so fast easy...much unlike so many stories I hear!

The tree analogy was cute! Even cuter..."God Mother Pooba!"

Please tell your friend to go to www.helpusadopt.org and apply for a grant from Becky and Kipp Fawcett. They are our friends and are also adoptive parents.

Oh. My. God.

I stopped breathing after reading this post title. Don't ever do that again, Poob. Seriously almost had a heart attack TWICE when reading this.

First I thought, she's going to have a baby!!! I must book my flight for Utah immediately. Then, moments later, I thought, she is acting as a surrogate Mom for her friend. Poob is a BFF to girls everywhere.

Thankfully, I kept reading and now understand fully. :)

Absolutely fantastic of you to spread the word re their adoption, Poob.
