I Want To Have SYTYCD's Babies

I'm in love with this dance. It's my favorite so far from this season's So You Think You Can Dance.

This is Kathryn McCormick & Legacy Perez dancing to "2 Steps Away" by Patti LaBelle. Choreographed by Stacey Tookey, it's about a girl who is struggling with fear.

Watch it, you'll fall in love too.

Seriously makes me cry. I miss dancing so much. I love when he jumps and wraps himself around her waste (about 1.06 seconds in).

That dance reminds me of Kayla and Kupono's Addiction dance choreographed by Mia Michaels last season, which in itself was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!

Didn't see that one? Why the hell not?

Enjoy.

Brilliant.

I'm going to hump So You Think You Can Dance one day.

Unsolicited Advice

Holy crap it's already Wednesday, or hump day, whichever you prefer.

Of course I prefer humping over anything else.

I have a feeling that hundreds of new bloggers are going to be visiting me today to say hi. Why? Because I'm being featured over at SITS, a cute lil ol' bloggin network I joined decades ago.

Ok, so it was just last year but it sure feels like decades (love you guys btw). But since I have all your attention, I'd like to take this opportunity to offer some bloggy blog blog advise to y'all (crap, there's that accent again).

Please for the love of all that is holy, change your comments page to a pop-up window. Please! If you have your comments set up so that they are embedded below your post, poor Pooba cannot comment.

Tragic! I know.

My computer blocks me from commenting only on blogs that have that embedded feature so please everyone go right now to their "Settings" tab in blogger, Click on the "Comments" header and where it says:

Comment Form Placement

  • Full page
  • Pop-up window
  • Embedded below post

Click on Pop-up window!

If you do this, you will win a prize! You will get into heaven and all your dreams will come true. So take my advice peeps, if for no other reason than to make me happy, cuz I know that's all y'all (sh**!)wanna do.

(Make me happy that is, not sh**, I was just cussing my southern accent there. Although, I guess we all sh** too so either way.)

We Are So Hard Core.

We finally did it. After this and this, the day of the concert finally came!

FALL OUT BOY!

Here are the players left to right:

The Annie (queen of fashion), The Kelsi (my darling neice), The Lindee (lil sis & partner in crime), The Sydney (Baby sis's non-boyfriend's little sister, did ya get that?) & The Alyse (baby sis with the non-boyfriend).

The last concert that I went to at the Saltaire was my boyfriend's, Gerard, and his cute little group My Chemical Romance.

Loved it by the way.

But I was pick pocketed during the concert. And yes, police officer who wrote down my case, I was pick pocketed from my back pocket and I didn't even notice. He was acting like I was crazy, hello? Has he never been to a concert where you get smashed, trampled, groped and grabbed constantly? Ugh.

Anyway, so I was way to scared to take my new camera into the actual concert so I made everyone pose outside the Saltaire before we went in. As promised girls, here they are!

Annie grabbing my ass. I didn't complain.

Thanks Sydney for being our photographer as we attempted to be America's Next Top Models. Much love.

Wow, in the next pic it looks like Alyse is grabbing my crotch. She did not grab my crotch, or maybe she did and I didn't notice because I seem to have a problem with things like that.

Ok, so we did actually get to go inside and see the concert, I tried my best to get pics with my camera phone. The pictures aren't great but I think you get the idea.

The guys first came out in these suits with their hair nice and combed over. Pete looked like he had a black eye. (bottom pic)

Then they left the stage, changed clothes,

and Annie was happy,

and we were too.

And we were also very hard core.

So Annie and I went there thinking that we wanted to hump Pete, the guitar player. (You know, Ashlee Simpson's husband?) But dude, Patrick, the lead singer, has got lungs! He was so amazing live! And I think we fell in love with him instead. Pete did most of the talking, probably because he is the hottest member of the band, but he is so little and short in real life, he kinda looks like a little kid on stage.

So we changed our opinion and now we want to hump Patrick instead.

Yes Angie, I'm talking about humping.

Again.

So we all had a great time and left the concert very sweaty, out of breath, and soar throats. (sorry Annie!) Hence no "after" pics thank you very much.

Oh, and just an FYI, my husband is well aware of my humping dreams about Patrick. He's ok with it.

I think.

She-Man

Okay everyone, so I don't know how to spell diarrea or diareuh or annieharper or how ever you spell it!

That's not the only thing I can't do, I can't read either. Well maybe it's not that I can't read, but it's that I don't bother to read or pay attention. To anything.

Case in point.

As I told you before, I am taking prenatal vitamins.

I keep these vitamins in the kitchen cupboard which is a very reasonable place don't ya think? Me too. So everyday I do the same thing, open the cupboard, take out the bottle, pop two pills in my mouth and down a glass of water.

It's a routine. It's never failed me. Until now.

Yesterday I reached into the cupboard to pull out my trusty bottle of vitamins and pull out these instead.

Rapid Bio-Diffusion Delivery

You think I'd notice the difference between my husband's testosterone bottle and my vitamin bottle right?

Wrong.

It wasn't until after I was humping my refrigerator that I realized what had happened.

Yes, I am now sporting a nice full mustache, but on the plus side I was able to rearrange the living room furniture this morning with just my pinky finger!

Humping With the Stars

My Sis-in-law Sharon came up with a plan last year that the Silkman girls start a monthly Girls Night Out. This way we can all get together to catch up on the latest gossip, compare our sex notes, and have pillow fights in our underwear.

Isn't that what you do at Girl's Night Out?

Well our GNO in December was bit more exciting, Mama Silkman got us tickets to

We were all pretty excited and rightfully so, it was a great show. I was a little worried that the whole show would be, well, dancing with the stars. You know, watching the poor amateur stars make fools of themselves on the dance floor?

But nope, I was wrong. They brought out the real dancers too and they were amazing!

And they were all half naked.

Now I didn't know they were going to do this, but the producers integrated a "Magic Show" theme into the evening.

The women started out half naked and their clothes continued to disappear as the night went on! It was truly magical!

I just couldn't figure out why the men had to wear clothes, I mean didn't they get hot? Pretty disappointing in that facet.

But we had great seats!

And so did most of the guys!

The only problem I had was not where I was sitting, but who was sitting in front of me. Ladies and Gents, let me introduce you to the worst comb-over I have ever seen in my life!

Yep folks, it's real! And other than the sickening stench of B.O. that was radiating off this man, the night couldn't have gone better.

And unlike when I went to see So You Think You Can Dance, I didn't do any humping at this show.

There was plenty of that going on on the dance floor.

So You Think You Can Dance!

Can I just say WOW!?

Andrea, Talisia and I went to the So You Think You Can Dance concert last night and it was so much fun! It was crazy to see the dancers in person, seeing them on TV does not do them justice! Our voices are all raspy today from screaming so loud last night.

Lindee,
At your request, I humped Will for you. It was a tough favor for me to even consider but I did it just for you. Why? Because I know you would do the same for me, that's what sisters are for, right?

Look at him:

WILL. IS. AMAZING. He's got MAD skills!

Okay, pick your jaw up from the ground and wipe the drool from your chin because I have a lot more where that came from.

After the opening number, Twitch took over the microphone to start the show off. The first thing he did was raise his right arm putting his four fingers on top of his shoulder to form the now famous "4 Real" sign. And of course we returned the favor.

Talisia and Andrea with much respect.

"Twitchington" escaping from jail.

I loved this dance with Joshua and Katee. Katee is my favorite female dancer from the show; she is so amazing because she doesn't just go through the motions of the dance, she feels the dance and portrays this to the audience. You can't keep your eyes off of her when she is on stage.

Now, here is my favorite male dancer from the show, Mark. I know this picture may look a little weird but this stance is my favorite, it is just SO Mark. He is quirky and weird and crazy and pretty much the coolest dancer on the planet.

Here he is with Courtney just finishing their very raw dance to "The Garden" choreographed by Sonja. Her dances were crazy, just how I like em!

See, we liked it! The girl sitting in front of us hated our guts! You could tell she was annoyed with us yelling and jumping and throwing our bras onto the stage while proclaiming our love and devotion to Mark! Okay, maybe just the jumping and yelling part.

Fine Lindee, here is more Will:

Sorry Jessica's head is cut off, but who cares right? :o)

Yep, we got to see that all in person!

I LOVE BOLLYWOOD!

Intermission.

Remember this one? This one here? Where Katee and Twitch make out on stage? Nice!

How amazing are Tabatha and Napoleon? Love this choreography, love this song, love these dancers! I love Chelsea, she is "4 Real"!

Another favorite of mine from Tabitha and Napoleon.

Twitch and Comfort tearin it up.

Now this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE dance, Will and Katee's pas de deux choreographed by Desmond Richardson. I don't know if it is my love for ballet or if it is just because everything about this dance was amazing, but I'm in love with it. I could watch it over and over again all day. Although I wouldn't be able to sit still and I would dance around the house and try to get Albert to be my dance partner in the pas de deux, for some reason I don't think Al would go for that!

By the end of the show, we were exhausted! All the screaming and throwing of body parts did us in!

I think Annie approved!
